First, click on the apple logo from the top mac menu, and click on the System Preferences option.

first, connect your AirPods Pro from the Bluetooth option.

Press the back button of the airpods pro charging case, Until your AirPods Pro appears on the screen.

Then tap on connect button or right-click on the device and connect it.

Once AirPods Pro connected, Move back to the Previous screen and Click on the Sound option.

Under the Output tab, select airpods pro and go to the audio balance section.

if you are not showing airpods in the list then forgot airpods from the Bluetooth device list and Reset airpods pro first then reconnect and use it.

Keep audio balance at the center position. and Test something.

If you keep the slider on the left side then Your left airpods only work.

if you keep the slider on the right side then your right airpod only works.

That's it.

Now, your Mac system and Installed software like Facetime, Zoom, Microsoft Team, or Google Meet follow the same settings.
