Ingredients for Sweet Popcorn
Popcorn kernels
Sugar
Butter/desi ghee


Ingredients for Masala Popcorn
Popcorn kernels
Olive oil/ desi ghee
Spices (turmeric, cumin, chili powder, etc.)
Salt


Pop the kernels using your preferred method (stovetop or microwave).
For Sweet Popcorn, melt butter and mix with sugar and vanilla extract, then pour over the popcorn.
For Masala Popcorn, heat olive oil or ghee and spices in a pan, then toss with the popcorn.
