INGREDIENTS:
3 LARGE EGGS ROOM TEMPERTURE
PINCH OF SALT
2 TSP PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
ZESTE OF ONE LEMON
MIX GOOD ONLY WITH HAND WHISKER.
ADD:
HALF CUP SUGAR
HALF CUP MELTED BUTTER
1 TB STARWBERRY JAM
8g (1.5 TSP) BAKING POWDER
ONE CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
MIX ONLY WIYH HAND WHISKER.
SLICE THREE PEELED APPLES AND COAT THEM WITH LEMON JUICE.
GREASE THE PAN WITH BUTTER AND PLACE A CIRCLE PARCHMENT PAPER IN THE BOTTOM.
POUR THE CAKE MIX INTO THE PAN, ADD THE SLICED APPLES ON TOP, SOME BLUEBERRIES OPTIONAL.
ADD ON TOP SOME PIECES OF BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH SOME SUGAR ON TOP.
OVEN PREHEATED 350 F, COOKS FOR 40 MIN .
NEXT STEPS:
AFTER TAKING THE CAKE OUT THE OVEN, BRUSH IT WITH SOME STRAWBERRY JAM THAT YOU WARM BEFORE SO THE CAKE BECOME MOIST.
