This is a Zonzini stair climbing robot made in Italy. This robot is designed to climb stairs with a load of up to 880 pounds. We use it to help carry upright and grand pianos up flights of stairs. The robot levels the load as it climbs the stairs, so the piano/load is stable as it climbs stairs. The company that owns the robot is located in Rhode Island, called Avery Piano co. They are a piano dealer that sells new and used pianos. Avery's also specializes in moving pianos locally in Rhode Island, and in New England. We sped up the video because the robot is geared low to climb stairs and it moves slowly. We named the robot cliff, for obvious reasons.
