In short:

FTC guidelines require ALL creators to disclose when they have been gifted a product or incentivized to post a product on their Instagram, blogs, or YouTube account.
The disclosure MUST BE CLEAR and obvious to everyone who scrolls or watches. It must be in the first sentence of the description and per Instagram guidelines you must select the “paid partnership”.

ALWAYS disclose when a product was sent to you.

If you see people violating the FTC guidelines you can report them to the FTC or report their posts.
