GELP represents a renewed vision for global leadership development—one rooted in innovation, inclusion, and global responsibility. The program introduces three curriculum enhancements to prepare executives for the demands of a rapidly emerging world:
• AI for Executive Leadership – Ethical, strategic, and innovation-driven application of AI for decision-making and organizational resilience.
