After three and a half months, the team at Douvris Martial Arts Barrhaven are so excited to be able to welcome everyone back to the dojo but safety is their primary focus as they do so! They want to welcome you to their Newly Re-Designed Socially Distanced Facility; although things may look a little different, you can still expect the same level of fun through martial arts as you have come to expect.

The second you walk in the door, you will be greeted by Sensei Martina who will be screening all participants and providing hand sanitizer. Once through, students will be distanced as they move through the space including in the dojo where each student will be assigned a square. Once class is over, students will move back through one by one as well. The change rooms and water fountains will not be available so make sure to bring a water bottle. Spectators will not be permitted but parents are encouraged to watch their children through the windows from outside or with a provided Zoom link. Douvris have also adjusted their schedule by including 30 minutes between each class for distanced moving in and out of the dojo as well as thorough sanitizing.
