BIRYANI MASALA
12 no. Green cardamom
4 no. Black cardamom
6” no. Cinnamon
6 no. Bay Leaf
1 no. Nutmeg
6 no. Mace
6 no. Star Anise
1 tsp. Clove
1 tsp. Cumin Seed
1 tsp. Coriander Seed
1 tsp. Sahi Jeera
1 tsp. Kebab Chini
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Rose Petal

Dry roast all the spices in low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Switch off the flame when spices emit a nice aroma.

Wait for few minutes to become spices at room temperature.
After room temperature Grind the spices to make a coarse powder.
Biryani Masala Powder is ready to use. Transfer this to an air tight container immediately.
