Who are we?
We’re Richard and Carolynne Hutchins, founders of the R&C Growth Lab. Richard first entered the world of business at just 14, and Carolynne followed at 16. When we met in 1989, we combined our passion and entrepreneurial drive to build and grow companies together.

Over the years, we’ve founded and scaled multi-million-pound businesses, transforming ideas into global brands. Today, through our flagship venture, the Leather Repair Company, we are part of the Restorers Group—operating in more than 30 countries worldwide.
