Black Chana-250 gm ( Soaked Overnight )
Add Salt & Cooked presure cooker ( 5- Whistles )

( Making masala )
Red Chilli-Half tbs
Coriander powder-Half tbs
Black Salt-Half tbs
Amchur powder-Half tbs
Roasted Cumin powder- Half tbs
Add water and mix all masala

Sarso oil
Cumin-Half tbs
Hing
Add mix masala paste
Add Boiled Kala Chana

Chopped Onion
Chopped Cucumber
Chopped Tomato
Chopped Green chilli & Coriander
Chaat masala-Half tbs
Lemon-Half
