I restored this old Fan Back to Operating Condition back in January 2024 after sitting abandoned for what looked like many years and It has to date run at least 200 hours over the last several weeks ( It has been running 40 hours a week for about 6 weeks now at work ) and a few days ago I noticed it was buzzing/Humming some and today it developed a severe Humming noise on High speed I figured the motor was going bad and was about to throw a shower of sparks and smoke out of it so I brought it home and figured out the issue ( it was super easy to fix too) this fan has a GE model # 5KSM59CS357A 2speed motor
