Daily Run 7/28/2024

As a creative endeavor, I decided to start filming some of my runs and put it to the music I am listening to in the video. I usually listen to live audience recordings of concerts, particularly in the "jam band" improvisational style. I feel that the improvisational nature of the music is similar to how I feel on a trail run. I have to make quick decisions in the moment as a reaction to my environment. There are interesting emotional changes in the music as there also are in a trail run.
These videos will not be high fidelity as I have no prior experience operating a camera or editing videos. Also I am using my Iphone 10 as the camera/microphone. Maybe I will get better as I go.
The end of the video cites the artist, date and location performed, songs used, and the person that recorded ("taper").
