TROLLING LIVE SHINERS FOR FRESH WATER TARPON... AND A PEACOCK BASS... AND A SNOOK - THE MIAMI SLAM!!

With the kids off from school, we need to keep them entertained. What better way than to spend some time fishing. After cast-netting some wild shiners, Lorenzo and I hit the C-14 canal to try and find a tarpon. AND WE DID! By the end of the day, Lorenzo actually wound up getting the Miami Slam - CHEKC IT OUT!

I'm also trying to teach Lorenzo how to operate the boat on his own so I let him to the driving and ramping the boat on the trailer for the very first time. HE DID A GREAT JOB! We also installed our new depth finder/fish finder on Priscilla and are testing it out for the first time.
