Tres Leches Cake or Three Milk Cake

Tres Leches cake has a soft & ultra- moist crumb. It is soaked with a  three milk mixture and topped with lightly sweetened Whipping This is an authentic Tres Leches Cake Recipe and the best we have tried.
Tres Latches Cake is easy to make and perfect to bring to potlucks and parties. They transfer well and are always the first to disappear.

Tres Leches is a popular authentic Mexican cake. I am a fan of moist cakes and this Tres Leches Cake blew me away. The syrup is made of – you guessed it – tres leches (which means three kinds of milk). You poke holes into the cake before pouring over the syrup so every bite is decadently moist. The cake is rich but has a light feel to it and is balanced by the lightly sweetened whipped cream. We even bravely turned it into a Layered Tres Leches cake.

*Ingredients
-Egg 4
-Icing Sugar 1 cup
-All purpose flour 1 cup
-Milk 1 cup
-Dairy cream ½ pack
-Condense Milk ½ cane
-Vanilla Essence 2 drops
-Salt 1 pinch
-Sweetened Whipping Cream 200 grams

Method

1. Make the cake: Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Beat the eggs until come into fluffy foam.Add vanilla Essence & again beat with the help of beater.Then add dry ingredients in it & mix gently.Pour the oil  into a tin mould.Add the cake better into mould.Then bake for 35 mints on stove until a toothpick comes out clean. Pierce the cake all over.

2. Soak in milk: Mix the three milks together in a bowl or cup .Pour the mixture over the cooled sponge cake.

3. Top with whipped cream: Beat the whipping cream  until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cake.

How Long Does Tres Leches Cake?
Cover the cake tightly with storage wrap or aluminum foil, then store it in the refrigerator for up to five days.
