Easiest Way to Remove Axle Seals

There is many ways to remove a axle seal, you could use a seal puller and try to fish it in there. You could use a Pry bar like I did in the video. Or my recommendation is to use a bearing puller because if you are going though the trouble to replace the seal you may as well replace the axle bearing at the same time.
