Ukraine's Kursk strategy: 'They've changed the narrative' – with Owen Matthews & Svitlana Morenets

Ukrainian troops have now advanced 30km inside Russia – the first time a foreign army has entered Russian soil since 1941. It's unclear what the strategy is behind Zelensky's incursion, but some speculate it was to divert Russian troops from the Donbas or place Ukraine in a stronger position when the two eventually are faced with ceasefire negotiations. The Spectator's Lisa Haseldine speaks to Spectator writers Svitlana Morenets and Owen Matthews about how this invasion is being reported on back in Russia and whether Zelensky's gamble will have paid off when it comes to peace talks.
