Our Mussels have been slow-smoked to our own home-cure recipe over oak woodchips.

All our smoking takes place in-house, in small batches. Winning both Great Taste and Taste of the West awards, our smoked mussels boast the most lovely texture and flavour.

Mackerel is incredible when smoked due to its high fat content – the fat in the mackerel naturally retains all of the gorgeous complex smoky flavours that our oak chips impart.

Hand smoked over oak in our own kilns to a home cure, each of our smoked mackerel fillets are individually checked by hand for quality before being packaged.
