Rope Dart Intro Lesson Recap 6 :: KickShots - 3 types (Fwd Footshot/Deadfoot Shot/Hanging Foot Shot)

forward footshot- orbits around the fulcrum gaining momentum

deadfoot shot- takes a static dart(not in motion) and creates a toes wrap by quickly pressing down on the rope and then kicking out

hanging foot shot- has the foot absorb and stall a falling dart into a winding kick and redirecting the momentum back out.

i also show how a hanging foot shot is incorporated into a prodigal son kicks ball tech as well
