In this video we discuss the record-breaking floods caused by Hurricane Helene that devastated parts of Northeast Tennessee.

We cover the events that let up to the historic flooding, why this natural disaster happened, and areas that were hit the hardest within our 7-county region including Washington, Sullivan, Greene, Unicoi, Carter, Johnson and Hawkins Counties. We also discuss the damage on infrastructure, homes and residents' lives.
