Another of Utah's Might Five checked off the list on our spur-of-the-moment road trip in August 2024. The "scenic drive" portion of this park is currently closed as the NPS upgrades the pull-offs and parking areas to improve flow and safety, so we can't speak to that area. While this isn't Arches or Zion, it is actually very scenic and like Canyonlands, it's not busy at all! It is, however, a long drive from anywhere. We overnighted in Moab and drove from there. Don't rely on cell service for your navigation - it will likely be sketchy at best.

Was it worth the drive to say we've been there? Absolutely!
