This is Tan-2, a teenager possessed by a relic of days past, and he is (in my opinion) the best Mythic character in the entirety of Destiny: Rising. Yes, he is better than Jolder, better than Gwynn, and far better than Ning Fei (excluding shifting gates, that acrobatic weirdo). In this video I will be covering and reviewing each of his Relic Abilities and Talents, as well as discussing the tactics associated with each. I will also be going over the best Artifact setup that I am currently aware of and the best weapons for him that I have access to, such as Borealis, which sits squarely on the throne of versatility, and Izanagi's Burden, a sniper that easily put in 20-30% of Issakis' Health Bar during my raid completion (its really that insane).
