Why Triple H lost all his muscles, during his run in WWE in 2004. Now at his peak, Triple H had one of the most insane wrestling physiques ever, especially after Triple H returned from his quad injury in 2002, he was a sight to behold. However, there was a time during The Game's career where his physique was by all means "lacklustre" compared to how Triple H normally looked, and this was back in 2004, right around the time Triple H was leading the Evolution stable.
