Mind Condition singer Stokley Williams here speaks to VladTV about his initial drive to pursue music and the early stages of his career. Stokley describes the search for a record deal and the chain of events that led him to sign with producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. "It wasn't until we did a showcase at 1st Avenue--we invited Jam and Lewis--and afterward I seen Jam and Lewis and they were like, 'Great job man, we'll talk.' I took it with a grain of salt but about two weeks later we were up in Flyte Tyme's offices." Watch above.
