Nett's BlueMAX™ Technologies' selective catalytic reduction SCR system, is a reliable, cost-effective technology designed to control nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions from medium and heavy-duty diesel engines in on-road, nonroad and stationary applications. The BlueMAX™ selective catalytic reduction SCR system is a retrofit solution that offers superior NOx reduction capabilities. Our selective catalytic reduction SCR system doesn't change or alter the design or operation of your vehicle.

Using urea to assist in the catalytic process, the BlueMAX™ selective catalytic reduction SCR system is an exhaust after treatment system that converts harmful NOx into harmless N2 gas and H20. Our selective catalytic reduction SCR system delivers near-zero emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx). The urea solution is carried in an onboard tank and injected upstream of the SCR catalyst.

Each BlueMAX™ selective catalytic reduction SCR system is custom designed for each intended application to provide optimum performance. As an additional option, our BlueMAX™ selective catalytic reduction SCR system can also include either an active regeneration diesel particulate filter, or a passive catalyzed diesel particulate filter. Passive filters are generally used on engines that operate under heavy loads, with active filters being used on engines which have a lighter duty cycle.
