This microphone from Fifine been designed to be used on a Speaker or Mixer.

Anyway is definitely possible to connect into you computer using an adapter that converts the 6.5mm into 3.5mm unless your sound card has the 6.5mm, in that case you are ready to connect and it will work without any issues.
