After a surfing wipeout gone very wrong I had a 3 and 6cm tear in my EF & VL (quad muscles) on my left leg.
I somehow over come that to make it to the start line of the Noosa endura 140km.
To then somehow survive cartwheeling my way into a bush as an emergency stopping tactic and managed to walk out of it with some small scratches and a cracked frame.
A good mix of grateful I’m alive and devastated that I broke my brand new bike 🙃
