Marth strategy:
Phase 1: Start by activating Yue SS when battle begins. Then run left to get hit by the twin that charges toward the left. Activate Patia SS when the purple charge is almost complete. The twin will hit you and trigger last boost to ready your skills for use again. Use S1 as soon as you regain control; you will see a targeting reticle appear on you while you are mid skill. Roll to the right to get behind the twins and activate Yue SS then S2 to refill your hp. Final skill to use in phase 1 should be Patia SS as the boss should die shortly after that. If you use Patia SS before S2, then you run the risk of phase 1 ending before you can get your HP back, which would mean death to phase 2 opening blast.

Phase 2: Dragon shift to Psiren as soon as you see the purple circle fill about halfway. The goal is to take damage and then immediately transform into Psiren. Use Psiren skill and then start attacking to refill the skill to use it a second time. I generally do C3, dash to cancel end lag, C2, then skill. Make sure to position yourself behind the twins, and never between the twins and Delphi, as he will be baiting the cage. The boss can either spawn in the center or bottom of the screen when entering phase 2, so be ready to adapt your position. If you get the timing just right, the twins should dash toward Delphi just as you lose invincibility frames from the second dragon skill, which will bring you out of shift (I was a little late and didn't manage it in this video). Immediately run to the boss and activate S1, Patia SS, Yue SS, S2. The boss should die at around your S2 landing since everyone will be unloading their skills. You may need to reposition yourself between Patia SS and Yue SS so her red swipes don't catch you between skills and kill you.
