Описание к видео My Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy & Endometriosis Excision Surgery Vlog

I had Total Hysterectomy with Endometriosis Excision via laproscopic surgery and would like to share my experience from arriving at the hospital to being discharged and the way you will feel and what you should expect from straight after the operation to the first three days post op. My little vlog is for you, hope it helps you.

1. Hospital Arrival: You arrived at the hospital two hours before the surgery, checked in, and changed into a hospital gown. The nurses started an IV and gave you medication to help you relax.
2.Preparation: You were taken to the operating room, and the anesthesiologist inserted a breathing tube and theesthesia I had epidural as well that will help with my pain after the operation. The surgery lasted for about 2.5 hours.
3. Post-Surgery Recovery: After the surgery, you were taken to the recovery room, where the nurses monitored your vital signs and gave you pain medication. You experienced some nausea and vomiting, which is common after anesthesia.
4. First Day Post-Op: The first day was the hardest, and you needed help getting out of bed and walking to the bathroom. You experienced some pain and discomfort, which was managed with pain medication. You were encouraged to get up and walk around to prevent blood clots and promote healing.
5. Second Day Post-Op: You started feeling better on the second day, and the pain was more manageable. You were able to walk around more and eat solid food. You were discharged from the hospital and went home with pain medication, stool softeners, and a heating pad.
6. Third Day Post-Op: By the third day, you were able to move around more comfortably, but you still needed pain medication. You experienced some constipation, which8 was relieved with the stool softeners. You were encouraged to take short walks and do some light activities.
7. Recovery: The recovery process takes time, and it may take several weeks before you feel fully recovered. You may experience some vaginal bleeding, which is normal. You should avoid heavy lifting and strenuous activities for a few weeks.

Remember, everyone's experience with surgery is different, and your recovery may be different from what is described here. It's important to follow your doctor's instructions and contact them if you have any concerns or questions. Good luck with your recovery!
