So, after years, THIS returns. I don't know if I'll be able to do another one of these, so I decided to go all out on this one, including as many Pure Evil Villains as possible, from cartoons, video games, folklore and many more. However, since copyrighted songs play in tribute videos, they often get blocked in some territories, which is why I haven't been posting these types of videos. I was too afraid, although I only wanted to have fun without causing any trouble.

I've seen so many Pure Evil Villains tributes that I just had to make a list of Pure Evil Villains again. Please enjoy it while it lasts.
