Install BXpanded Quick-On to BX23s backhoe.

I was going to skip the quick-on and change backhoe implements in the field. I could change them in just a couple minutes once the tools are handy and I don't really change them often. But with the thumb installed it makes changing backhoe implements a bit awkward, so I added the quick-on to the setup.
