The first hand is played in the early stages of the tournament, he explains what range of hands the big blind should be defending in theory, by 3 betting and calling.And how the big blind should proceed when facing a
continuation bet with value hands, bluffs and bluff catchers.

The tool used to explain theory is Piosolver a mathematically based solver. He explains important bet size fundamentals and how population bet sizes are not great given game theory.

The second hand is played at the final table, where ICM completely changes the game. It's shown how a big stack can easily apply pressure on a middle stack.
