Create a Python program that merges all the PDF files in a specified directory into a single PDF file named merged.pdf.

PyPDF2 library for handling PDF files.
OS module for handling file paths.

Instructions:

1. Import Necessary Libraries: Make sure to import PyPDF2 and OS modules.
2. Prompt for Directory Input: Ask the user to enter the path of the directory where the PDF files are located.
3. Merge PDFs: Write a function that: Finds all PDF files in the specified directory. Merges them in the order they appear. Saves the merged PDF as merged.pdf in the same directory.
