2 cups washed rice
6 chili red bell peppers (Tatashe)
3 onion bulbs
3 fresh pepper
3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 Knorr seasoning cubes
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt to taste
2 cooking spoons cooking oil of choice
Bell peppers
Carrots
Sweet corn
Cabbage
