This black & white film instructs salesman about the features of the new Remington Rand electric typewriter, and how to demonstrate and sell it to a customer. This is circa the late 1940s. The Remington Electric typewriter shown was manufactured by the Remington Rand Corporation around 1949. This Remington had electric-powered typebars, lightning keys, executive type style, and electric carriage movement. It also had many manual switches for tab clearing and setting and ribbon movement.
