Join us on our unforgettable sailing adventure to the stunning island of Corfu, Greece! 🚤🇬🇷

Our journey begins with perfect weather and high spirits as we depart the dock with a new crew member on board. But things take a turn when a simple flight change becomes a complicated (and costly) decision, adding some stress to our start.

Mechanical issues soon follow, prompting us to keep a mechanic onboard—definitely a wise choice as we encounter hydraulic line problems mid-journey. Despite the challenges, we make time for some fun and self-care, including a DIY facial at sea and a light-hearted debate about the addictive nature of sugar vs. caffeine (spoiler: sugar wins!).

After a day filled with sunshine, mishaps, laughter, and reflection, we arrive in Corfu around 5:30 PM. Docking in a tight marina proves tricky, but we’re thrilled to finally be in Greece. The evening ends with a cozy dinner of stuffed manicotti and zucchini, shared with friends Brad and Angela, as we plan for our next adventure exploring Corfu’s rich culture and history.
