Hakko FR-801:

Pros:
- Analog interface allows for easy adjustment of temperatures
- Flat Top
- Cheaper than the Hakko FR-810B
- Aesthetically matches other Hakko products

Cons:
- Takes 2 minutes to heat up when you turn it on, blows hot air for ~40 seconds, then cools down and takes another 2 minutes to heat up again
- Noisy
- Power switch on the back of the unit
- Current temperature is impossible to know due to analog interface
- ~$100 more expensive than Quick 861DW
- At least 16 years old and can be difficult to find
- Nozzles need to be installed with a screwdriver
