Dynasty Warriors 4: Hyper - Battle of Xu Chang (Nanman) | Meng Huo

If you read the description to the Act before starting the battle, you read that Meng Huo attacked Wei because he wanted to defeat the kingdom that invaded Nanman earlier. Which is amusing because Wei is the only kingdom that had NOTHING to with Nanman lol.

Meng Huo is awful to play. He's soooooooo slow and has awful recovery. Jump square is atrocious, worst in the game. He does have high base damage output, so there's that. His C3 can do a lot of damage if you get all the hits off. It's just so easy for an enemy to hit him before he's gotten a single hit of his S-string off. Probably not playing him again after this.

This stage in especially wants you to be quick, and that's just not happening with Meng Huo. Wei's forces can demolish your own, and this is an easier version of this stage that has less Musou officers. The Nanman stages are not only easier in Star difficulty compared to the regular finale stages, but there's a few changes made to the stages themselves that give Nanman more of an edge. Which they kind of need.
