HMS Indefatigable - Lessons learned from my first Warlord Games Black Seas tall ship.

Hello everyone!

Today, I'll provide some insight into what I learned from making my first miniature tall ship model. Warlord Games' Black Seas models are nicely detailed and full-featured, great for throwing down a quick wargame in the Age of Sail, but they come with some extra considerations when compared to simple miniatures of people. Let's go over some of the differences that I found, and some of the mistakes I made, so that you don't need to make them for yourselves when you choose to dive into Black Seas!

My thanks go out to the Warlord Games YouTube channel for their rigging tutorial that at least got me through the basics, and to the DZ Sabre YouTube channel for far more in depth tutorials on how to do each step of the rigging, sails and flags. If you are planning to build ships from Black Seas, I strongly recommend you hit up DZ Sabre for his How-To videos ahead of time, so you don't wind up with as many issues as I had near the end.
