Jarrah! Pretty fantastic stuff if you ask me. This is another bit of wood that came with my lathe all those years ago. It was a Jarrah burl with a chunk of the tree still attached and I cut the burl off not so long ago for a different project. Still plenty of good wood let over and it certainly didn't disappoint. The shape is different to something I would normally doing in terms of the large lip. But Im super happy with how this all turned out.
