Is your refrigerator dispenser slow or not producing any water at all?

Jordan from Point & Click Appliance repair will walk you through tips in order to determine where your the problem with your refrigerator water dispenser is located.

WARNING: Before starting any repair on your appliance, always make sure that it is completely disconnected from its power source by unplugging it.

Quick Tips To Determine Why Your Water Dispenser Is Not Working Properly:

We recommend disconnecting the water supply line from your refrigerator and be sure to use and towel/buckets in case of water spills/
Check the refrigerator water filter. This part must be changed ever 3-6 months and may be the cause of your issue.
Check the water inlet valves which allows the flow of water in to your fridge. This may be damaged/defective in which case would need to be replaced.
Check the dispenser switch located under the control panel. This may have shorted.
The dispenser actuator switch may be defective as well. If so, it will not send power to the water valve receive water.
Check the water tank located behind the drawers/shelves in your unit. The water tank keeps water ready-to-dispense, if it is cracked/damaged this will need to be replaced.

Once you have check all of these problem areas, don't forget to reconnect the water supply lines!
