The second in a six part series of videos, recorded during the annual Manx Transport Festival in July & August 2024.

As part of the annual Summer extravaganza, the Manx Electric Railway held various events throughout the five-day period. This year's programe marked three significant milestones; the 130th anniversary of the line reaching Laxey, the 125th anniversary of the Ramsey extension, and the 125th birthday of the 'Winter Saloon' fleet (Cars 19, 20, 21 and 22).

Other vehicles out and about included veteran pair 1 & 2, Crossbench Cars 14, 16 and 32, Tunnel Cars 5, 6, 7 and 9 (the latter appearing without her trademark body side lights for the first time in many years), and even Works Car 34 taking time out from engineering duties to participate in the fun.

Activities included parallel runs from Douglas to Groudle, visits to the sheds and workshops at Douglas and Groudle, Cars 1 & 2 running in unison from Laxey to Dhoon Quarry and back, a photo charter with Car 9 and trailer 19 (operated for the Isle of Man 50 Group), and many more. This film chronicles the events that took place throughout the festival week.
