Q: WHAT is ARK Survival of the Fittest?
A: ARK Survival of the Fittest started as a mod for the game Ark: Survival Evolved (which is still in alpha version). However, it became a free standalone game on March 2016. The game consists in an all vs all game (or with small teams), hunger games style, that have very limited time (35min in FFA games like this one) to gather resources, craft, tame wild dinosaurs and fight until there is only one last survivor (or team) standing. The game starts with all the players in a central platform where they can choose to spread around or run to the center of the platform where free items are left to be picked at the risk of being killed by other players. The playable area is reduced with time, being as small as the central platform, where the game began, by the end of the game. It is a nice competitive and addictive game, indeed.
