COP29 was filled with new achievements including the adoption of a new climate finance goal to replace the current USD 100 billion per year as well as reaching an agreement on the further operationalization of Article 6, leading to their operationalization in 2025.

Our webinar was held in two sessions on November 28 and December 2, 2024. It covers a wide range of topics, from the main tasks of COP29, the strategy of the Azerbaijani presidency, side deals and financial pledges, to the key negotiation items of this year's climate conference and an outlook on COP30.
