I'm On Observation Duty 7 (Spa & Factory) - Jumpscares and Deaths

Here are the three deaths each for both the Spa and Factory levels I was able to find.

Because of missing stuff for the Gas Station and Museum initially and only finding three deaths for both levels I can't shake the feeling I'm missing something. I did try more fooling around with the other intruders but didn't find another death so hopefully these are in fact the full deaths for both.

The Nixie is also very, very slow to get out of the pool to kill you (I switched cameras to it about halfway through its swim out of the pool).
