This is a light language sigil, one of my first and it is going to offer healing connecting deeply to the self, releasing emotion and accepting self-love. I am Shauna with angelsguiding.com and this is a newer part of my practice. So I'm gonna give you some guidance on how to look at this and how to use it.. just take a few deep breaths, relax, open up to allow and you will receive all the wonderful healing & releasing energies from the sigil.

So first I want you to look counterclockwise. At the space between the 2 circles where there are the Yellow triangles. Please focus there well,

Now they would like you to take a look at the kind of river looking squiggies in the middle and focus there and
[light language] Then just look wherever you feel guided to do so [light language] focus in on the heart, the red heart next to those squigglies [light language] , and finally just kind of soften the gaze.

Look at the whole sigil and
[light language].
