I give an overview of the long running Destroyer series featuring the exploits of Remo Williams and Chiun, Master of Sinanju. Created in 1971 by Richard Sapir and Warren Murphy, the series developed into a satire of the men's adventure genre but moreover a satire on the world at large. These books are not for the faint of heart and are frequently and EXTREMELY non-PC but contain such wild antics that eventually the reader becomes addicted to them in a strange way. I discuss some of the series ghostwriters, the Marvel comics and the 1985 film adaptation Remo Williams The Adventure Begins. Then I describe my journey through the series and review ten volumes I read of the 150 plus books.
