Is This The Ultimate Parks on The Air Loophole?!

After talking with another Ham over the winter and telling him he activated a park incorrectly, I continued to conduct research on multiple parks in the area and I believe he activated correctly, within the rules and law.

This episode, I speak about what the loophole is, discuss the state laws about stopping on the side of the roadway, the Parks on the Air Rules and in the end, I mentioned I don't activate this way.

Why bring any of this up?
1. To get people to check maps and read rules and laws.
2. Europe, Asia, Australia and other continents want to work all parks, why not be able to work them at a normal hour for them, without breaking any rules (technically).
3. If my parks close at 430 pm in winter (or 5:30pm) and don't open until 0830 (local), how can I ever work a late shift, that is sad.

If Parks on The Air Leaders come out and say this isn't legit, then it isn't legit. If they say it's a loophole, then it's a loophole. What I am saying, is: I am making ham radio fun for me; doing research on technical and non technical things, reading more, interpreting things, getting out to test equipment and make contacts. I hope you can do the same.
