Imbolc Healing Meditation for Mind, Body, and Spirit. This guided meditation is the third of The Witch’s Meditation Studio Series. This meditation is here to support you in holistic healing of your mind, body, and spirit. These aspects of you are all connected so it can be very powerful to focus of healing together. You have arrived at the season of Imbolc, the time when the earth sleeps awaiting the warmth of the returning sun to melt away that which is frozen within your life. You now embark on a journey to heal. You may remember that even when branches are bare, life is still there. As you have arrived in this moment of self care, you are kindling warmth and light within your spirit as the Goddess Brigid joins you and imparts affirmations to guide you on your healing journey.

I’m honored to have you join me today. You may choose to close your eyes, or you may meditate on the candle flame if you wish.

Whether you choose to meditate gazing at the flame or with closed eyes, you will benefit from the energy. I’m a Reiki Master/Teacher and I’ve charged this meditation with Reiki energy to assist you on your journey to open up to healing.

This meditation is meant to support you while healing but is not intended and should not be used instead of medical treatment but in conjunction with it.
