This continuous daily compounding yield is affectively bringing in value that is typically extracted from other automated market makers by arbitrage to go to the Luquidity providers on the XRP Ledger. This will significantly reduce the impact of any potential and permanent loss that could occur. And permanent loss is an opportunity cost when the price of the volatile asset rises it is not as big a risk as many in the community make it out to be, and we will be covering that in a future video. 2) harvesting volatility for yield- the Amm actually places orders on the central limit order book DEX's using the capital of the assets in the pool from depositors to earn a spread

Typically volatility is harmful to automated market makers, but in this a XLS30D implementation, integrated with the existing central limit, order, book, DX and payment execution engine, turns that volatility into continuous compounding yield in the LP tokens, for all who provide liquidity to the pool

Each pool will be different, depending on the two assets making up the pool. But each Amm pool that has a xrp's as one of the assets is accessible without permission to everyone in the world to deposit XRP as a single deposit asset, and receive an LP Token, which is a share of ownership in the assets of that pool

LP tokens can be used like any other Token and is nearly as decentralized is XRP, is a hybrid stablecoin with 50% less volatility, and earning daily compounding yield. Therefore, it's a Value is continuously increasing and is the ideal superior collateral as it is Guaranteed redeemable by the xrp's Ledger itself

The supplying of XRP as a Liquidity into the automated market maker liquidity pools is what will drive steady state storage demand on the XRP Ledger, creating a natural floor price for xrp's, as more volume is routed through the AMM Pools.
