UK CESR / Portfolio Pathway Changes November 2023

Quick video talking about some of the updates to the CESR process. CESR is the Certificate of Eligibilty for Specialist Registration, a way by which you can join the specialist register and work as a consultant without a UK CCT (without completing specialty training/residency in the UK). It's changing at the end of November 2023 to become more flexible and hopefully easier to attain.
